LGBT Community Center presents the second annual Fruit Bowl Awards
Featuring the Queen Bees Friday, June 17 5:30-9:30 p.m. Scottish Rite Temple (1155 Broadway Ave. E.) $50 The Second Annual Fruit Bowl Awards is a fabulous community event to honor individuals and organizations in Seattle whom have made significant contributions to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community. This event mixes the noteworthy with the enjoyable and entertaining to demonstrate that we can do serious work and still have fun. The Fruit Bowl Awards were designed and created to acknowledge their achievements, inspiration, leadership and commitment to our community. These annual awards are presented to outstanding individuals and groups who have made significant and lasting contributions in creating equality, access and services, appreciation and celebration of diversity, and cultivating a stronger society for LGBT community members. To RSVP: Tickets are $50 per person and includes a wonderful buffet, entertainment, auction fun, hanging out with your community, and the most amazing Seattle LGBT community video ever created.
