An unforgettable night of live R&B revelling on Saturday, June 25, at the Highway 99 Blues Club in the heart of downtown Seattle, thats what! While these mega-talented ladies have all made various appearances together for years at packed clubs and festivals all over the Northwest, from Bellinghams Nightlite Lounge to Portlands Waterfront Blues Festival, this particular line-up will be making their Seattle debut just in time to celebrate pride week with a bang. Come join the funky backbone of SMJ featuring Kim Carson on drums, Leah Hinchcliff on bass, and Tracy Ferrara on tenor sax as they team up with Portlands Sonny Smokin Hess and Seattles Teri Anne Wilson on guitar, all the while backing up the blistering Janis Joplin-esque vocals of Cee Cee James and the classic R&B stylings of Suze Sims.
