| We Are Scientists jingle all the way to 'Best of Music 2006' feature artist interview |
Last December, Death Cab for Cutie blessed the Seattle Gay News with an exclusive interview that highlighted our big, year-end music spread. Nick Harmer and Chris Walla shared their holiday plans with us and mentioned a few of their favorite CDs and artists of 2005.
We're honored to announce We Are Scientists, NME Award nominees for Best New Band, as the feature artist interview for our "Best of Music 2006" issue, hitting the streets on Friday, December 15. The New York-based alt rock trio toured non-stop this year, including a prime spot at the Sasquatch Music Festival and opening gigs for breakthrough act Arctic Monkeys.
Find out what We Are Scientists are doing for the holiday break and what albums they really, really liked in 2006. And, discover what interesting other topics we dabbled about over beers on a weekend afternoon.
Grab a copy of the Seattle Gay News next week and be jolly with We Are Scientists, and see what we picked as the "Best of Music 2006"!
