QArts, the arts committee of the Seattle LGBT Community Center is issuing a call for artists! QArts is pleased to announce a call for "Vampire Pixies from Uranus". This is a fantasy, sci-fi, horror themed show for October and we urge you to mix genres; we want wild, crazy, out-there art! To submit your painting, photo or sculpture contact us with a jpg image of your piece, the size and medium and complete contact info by September 15th...the reception for this show is set for Saturday, October 6th, 2007. Please contact us at artgallery@seattlelgbt.org to submit your work or for more information on these and other shows at QArts, to volunteer, or make donations to QArts or The Center. Also, put "Vampire Pixies" in the subject line of your email. You can also visit the Center at 1115 E Pike St. to view our gallery or to drop off your artist application. The Seattle LGBT Community Center is open 10am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and 11am to 8pm on Sunday. All hours are subject to volunteer availability and the Gallery may not be open for public viewing if the Gallery is being used for a meeting or function.
