Last week the SGN ran a press release from the Rainbow Wedding Network announcing their upcoming GLBTQ Wedding and Family Expo on April 6th. Their press release said they were producing "Seattle's first-ever GLBTQ Wedding and Family Expo." While this is the first GLBT wedding show that the Rainbow Wedding Network is presenting in Seattle, in actuality, their event will be Seattle's second GLBT wedding show. Seattle's own GSBA, with the SGN as a sponsor, produced their Gay Wedding Show 2004 on April 17, 2004, the first GLBT wedding show in Seattle, a rousing success, and one of the first such events in the nation.
