| David L. Charbonneau, 1947-2008 |
Surrounded by family members and dear friends, David died peacefully June 19, 2008. David had been battling Non Hodgkin Lymphoma for over five years.
He was born in Rolla, North Dakota, and moved with his family to the Seattle area when he was but a child. He attended Franklin High School and in his early adult years decided there was no better place for him to live than in the beautiful Emerald City.
He loved his dog, Willow; she was the center of his life. They were constant companions and she gave him strength to endure his hard times. David enjoyed working with stained glass, crafts, art, and gardening. He enjoyed the outdoors and the many beautiful areas surrounding the city of Seattle.
David shared enduring friendships with Hal Griggs and Gary Neyens (brother friends), Michael Ingersoll and Rod Hammer, John Marden, Chip Baldwin, Ken Vincent, Bob Chrnaloger, Gail Luby (sister friend), Greg Haynes, John Ellis, and Bob White. He will be truly missed by many family and friends.
Goodbye, sweet David, you will always be in our hearts.
Memorial service on Saturday, June 28, at noon. Center for Spiritual Living, 5801 Sand Point Way NE, Rev. Michael Ingersoll Officiate.
