Homosexuality: A Blessing for our Planet
So the pope would "save the world from homosexuality!"
There was, presumably, rational thinking behind antiquity's disapproval of "onanism" (spilling seed on the ground) ignoring the fact that every ejaculate had in it enough sperm to father an army. Other means of contraception were also rationally condemned considering that barely enough mothers and babies survived to guarantee the survival of our young species But those days have long passed, and our species has so dramatically succeeded that it's the earth that needs protection, not humanity. If anything, homosexuality is a blessing for our over-loaded planet.
If there weren't so many of us here, the rain forest would not need protection; orca whales and salmon would thrive in our local waters, no owls would need protection, and we would not have millions of starving children in our midst. Today is not 3000 years ago!

BAILEY BOUSHAY HOUSE
Many of us intentionally forget what a wonderful job the professional corps is doing on a daily basis to help those with perilous illnesses.
Time, sensitivity, and unexcelled caring do make the difference for many patients trying to feel they aren't just alone in the battle to survive.
Friends, family, and the staff all contribute to making life a little easier in situations that are complex and mind-bending for all concerned.
For many patients Bailey Boushay House is nothing less than a degree of sunshine on a rainy day.
To all the staff [at Bailey Boushay House] a big thank you for the job you're doing. You are exceptional people who are able to bring rainbows to your patients.
