Renewed interest by "new army sweetie"
by Rajkhet Dirzhud-Rashid - SGN A&E Writer

By now everyone is cheering (or they should be, if they're not) the win by Sean Penn for best actor in the absolutely brilliant Milk, and this one is still glowing after watching the last part of the Oscars last Sunday. And wondering, why did everyone except Sophia Loren and Nicole Kidman wear some form of blue and black gown? Maybe it's because all of our budgets are black and blue from the economy being left scarred and bloody from the previous mishandling by Dubya. Or maybe it was just this year's fashion statement and, honey, didn't Queen Latifah look like the goddess she is in her ball gown? Who sez you can't be over a size two and be gawgeous? You go, girl!

As for Miss Sophia, honey, that dress was just too busy for that jewelry, but you did look fab anyway, and hella sexy, still. So, enough on all of that, my dahlings, and I hope to see more of next year's contenders (unlike this year, when some undercover stuff got in my way, if ya feelin' me).

For now this one is looking forward to Watchmen and Wolverine with the ever-handsome Mr. Jackman to keep the pulse racing. Oh, and thank you, Mr. Penn, for standing up to the bigots around the Gay marriage thang. And while looking so elegant, too. Hooray for Hollywood, indeed!

So, what else is going on in my little corner of this crazy, mixed-up world, my lovelies? Well, out of the blue, I got an e-mail notifying me that a certain missing soldier boy ("new army sweetie," who came back from "over there," connected via phone twice, then vanished) wanted to "connect" via my Yahoo personals profile. Or after reading it, I guess. Who knew that was still out there, but, what the hey, hope it does get me to finally meet that dahling fellow someday.

Let ya know if it does, eh? And in the meantime, things are still swingin' and singin' at The Spot with my wonderfully attentive slave and my new love interest, who had me acting like a tigress in The Digs last weekend. Ooh la la, honeys, that one is making me forget all about a certain other missing soldier (but not entirely, as my heart will always belong to that one, no matter what past life we find ourselves in, or future life). Still, that new flame is igniting things in a most positive way, my children, so keep tuned for some of the gory details & hey, this lady don't kiss and tell, well, not everything, you tasty bits, you! And yes, we are looking forward to being escorted by our new slave to the first Seattle Erotic Ball, and will tell you how that all goes in the next column, dahlings. So looking forward to breaking in our new corset bra from Frederick's, doncha know.

So, what else has this one been up to besides drooling over delish gowns while watching the Oscars, and having wild monkey sex, or being served like a queen by my slave? Well, I did try Body Shoppe's most scrumptious raspberry body butter and almost wanted to do my ownself, I smelled so yummy. Get that or one of their other new ones for you or a friend and trust me, you'll forget that the economy is sucking, at least for a moment.

Also wore Issey Miyake's new A Drop Of Cloud eau de parfum and did have folks be so much nicer. Pick this up at Nordstrom and be fabulous, dears.

Also, for this spring's smoky eye/nude lip combo, try Jane's new Be Pure Mineral Lip Balm in a number of tasty shades. My fave is the "Dark Amber," which makes me look natural, but better and so kissable. Get this at Bartels. And while we're on the subject of purchasing things, here's an idea: buy something at least once a month and keep things flowing along, after all, even a bailout by the White House can't help if we all keep pinching our pennies so hard they cry copper tears. Hey, if poor little me can eat out or buy some lip balm or candles, so can you, sweeties. Pres. Obama's doing his thing gloriously, but we can help by pitching in, so how about it, eh? Plus, it feels good to know you're helping to get things on track and keep folks employed, now doesn't it? You're damn tootin' it does! And support your local psychic - yours truly - so she help more, okay, my honeys? Okay then. Finally, those folks ribbin' Miss Jessica Simpson 'cause she looks healthy now, get over yourselves and stop hatin' on her. And my heart goes out to all of us who lost a good friend in Tyrone Love when some other haters ended that glowing light of life with senseless violence. Stop the madness and let's all be more tolerant, spread more love and peace and take better care of each other and love our planet more. Ty, you are missed, and wherever you are now, viva my brother, viva. Buhbye!
