Beach Girl5 headed our way

by Shaun Knittel - SGN Associate Editor

Beach Girl5
Neighbours Nightclub
November 6

Brooke Adams, Dominique Domingo, Noreen Juliano, Many Jiroux, and Laura New are the five California girls that make up the pop music group Beach Girl5. BG5 is currently traveling the country to promote their dance groove 'Scratch' and will make a pit stop at Neighbours Nightclub on November 6 to perform for Seattle audiences for the first time since the group formed last year.

'Not all of us have been to Seattle before, so it will be a lot of fun to experience it together,' Brooke Adams told SGN anticipating their Seattle debut.

Before becoming a group, the girls were booked individually for the Professional Volleyball AVP tour. After the 18-city tour ended, they decided to stay together and continue as a group. Last year, BG5 competed in a top California radio station competition for Best Break Out Stars, and won the top spot!

BG5 already has a long line of credits - they've opened for Justin Beiber and Selena Gomez, and have released their debut album. The girls have also been heavily featured on E!'s hit reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

'Scratch,' BG5's debut single, is set for a November 30 release, so Seattle fans will get a special sneak peak at the song. 'Our show is full of energy and will make you wanna dance,' said Brooke. 'We sing, we dance, and it's really obvious that we have a blast with each other onstage.'

Brooke says that the girls of BG5 'Love our Gay supporters! Our performances at Gay clubs are always a blast. There's so much fun and happiness.'

Although BG5 is all about having fun and dancing, Brooke told SGN that the pro-Gay pop group advocates anti-bullying. 'In times like these, where anti-Gay bullying is rampant, it is important to us that our Gay fans know that we love and support them.'

You can stay up to date on what's going on in the BG5 world by visiting their official website, www.beachgirl5.com, or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/bg5music.

'We hope to see you at the show,' said Brooke. 'We are so blessed and are grateful for all our fans' support.'
