Q-Scopes by Jack Fertig

ARIES (March 20 - April 19): Your brain is afire with brilliance, so why is your partner being a wet blanket? Your sweetie may be looking further. 'That won't work,' doesn't have to stop the conversation. Discuss specifics, improve on ideas, find what will work.

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20): Worrying about your health will only make it worse. Focus on the positive and deal practically with any real problems and symptoms. Meditation is good. Helping people with bigger problems is a healthy distraction.

GEMINI (May 21 - June 20): Your friends seem eager to enjoy all life has to offer and conquer the world. Though inspired by their vision you're a little more keen on modest, practical efforts. Don't squelch the dream, but help build the foundation to enable its realization.

CANCER (June 21 - July 22): Your energy at work is very strong - maybe too much so. That much force needs discipline. You can get that at home. Much as you hated them, review those parental messages about being a responsible adult. They have some value.

LEO (July 23 - August 22): In your rush to convey grand ideas it's too easy to trip over simple basics. Start your arguments from the ground up and build patiently on the basics. Chafe as you may, it will save you time and trouble in the long run.

VIRGO (August 23 - September 22): Hide the plastic. It's way too easy to spend yourself into debt. Stick to a very tight budget. The best things in life really are free. Your erotic charisma is sizzling, and that can bring you more fun than any gold card.

LIBRA (September 23 - October 22): Your partner is driving you crazy, but that's what partners are for. Remember, you enjoy being the responsible adult even if it can get tiring. Soak up some of your baby's energy; see what you can light with that fire.

SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21): A person can only do so much. You can wear yourself out undermining all your efforts. Take time out to meditate, refresh and be clear on your limits. Have a long-range plan and pace yourself!

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 20): Your creative inspirations are a little too amazing. Friends will tell you it can't be done, and they're probably right. Challenge them to tell you how it can be done, or what's the next best thing.

CAPRICORN (December 21 - January 19): Madness at home may feel like a distraction you don't need, especially when you're under so much pressure at work. If you can channel and harness that energy, or learn something from it, you could find power and inspiration to accomplish anything.

AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18): Somewhere between skipping over necessary basics and getting hung up on minute details there's a productive path toward expressing the larger, important ideas. Articulating them clearly is a challenge well worth the effort.

PISCES (February 19 - March 19): Interesting new urges are threatening your same dull, old budget. Getting kinky doesn't have to get expensive. Pass up the fetish shops and check out the hardware store, kitchenware and pet accessories for bargain debasement.
