posted Friday, February 17, 2012 - Volume 40 Issue 07 Truth Wins Out Files Defamation Lawsuit Against 'Ex-Gay' Organization PFOXPFOX President, Greg Quinlan, Falsely Alleged on Television That Gay Advocate Tried to Have Him Killed, Says TWO NEW YORK - Truth Wins Out announced today that it has filed a defamation lawsuit against Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays (PFOX) and its President Greg Quinlan after he claimed on a television show that Truth Wins Out Executive Director Wayne Besen tried to have him killed. The lawsuit (Case number: CL12000008-00) was filed in Virginia's Northumberland County Circuit Court where PFOX is headquartered.
