The new beautifully restored facility will provide MOHAI with 50,000 square feet of exhibit space. Come explore, participate in special programming, and see amazing live performances in this exciting new space.

To ensure that all visitors have a fun and worthwhile experience, MOHAI has set up a timed-ticketing reservation system for Grand Opening weekend. Tickets are FREE on Saturday and regularly priced on Sunday. Reserved tickets are recommended, but not required. Visitors can choose to arrive anytime during the Grand Opening and will be let in pending building capacity. The museum estimates it will take about 90 minutes to see most of the exhibits. For more information and advance ticket reservations for the Grand Opening, visit www.mohai.org or call 206-324-1126.

The museum also offers Free First Thursday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m., each month. Allen Grand Atrium. All are welcome to join for photo ops with the one-of-a-kind Rainier Harley Davidson Fatboy, and to witness the Wild Rainiers grazing throughout Lake Union Park. The event will culminate at 7 p.m. with a short ceremony and presentation of the icon's place in Seattle's heritage.
