BOYCOTT A NO-BRAINER

Regarding the news of what is happening in Russia, of course there is a need to boycott Russian products. The [Russian] government owns everything and is persecuting LGBTQI people. The question was raised, should we boycott tourism and the Olympics in Russia?

If it is a felony for just appearing to be Gay, and one is sent to the gulag for the rest of their life (gulag is Russian for prison), it is obvious not to go and to boycott, in my opinion. Thank you.

FLY OUR FLAG IN RUSSIA

Taking advantage of diplomatic immunity, President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry should order the rainbow flag flown over the American Embassy in Moscow during the 2014 Winter Olympics. Furthermore, Secretary of State Kerry should work with our NATO allies to fly the rainbow flag over their embassies in Moscow. Diplomatic couriers, with diplomatic immunity, can carry the flags into their embassies without search. Displaying that flag would give the metaphorical finger to the Russian government for their fascistic anti-Gay laws.
