Argosy Christmas Ship sets sail this weekend

Holiday traditions in the Northwest start on the water with Argosy Cruises. The Argosy Christmas Ship" Festival is a holiday celebration that has been a Northwest tradition since 1949. The Christmas Ship sails to more than 45 different Puget Sound waterfront communities. Onboard, live choirs sing 20-minute performances, all broadcast via a state-of-the-art speaker system to shore, where thousands gather around roaring bonfires anticipating the ship's arrival. This year's voyage takes place between November 29 and December 23.

Tickets are available to sail aboard the Christmas Ship or one of the ships that follow it, including Seattle's dinner boat, the Royal Argosy, for a full dining experience. For tickets and information call (206) 623-1445 or visit www.argosycruises.com.
