STG's 'Nights at the Neptune' series presents FREE 'Out & In: A Pride Comedy Showcase'

Seattle's biggest, Gayest stand up showcase, 'Out & In,' is back for another show at The Neptune Theatre (1303 NE 45th St.)! Stop by Friday, June 20 (doors at 7:00 p.m., show at 8:00 p.m.) for a FREE comedy showcase headlined by the incomparable Guy Branum ('Chelsea Lately,' 'Totally Biased,' 'Last Comic Standing'). Guy will be preceded by hometown favorite Solomon Georgio along with Elicia Sanchez, Abbey Drake, Nick Sahoyah and special guests. 'Out & In' is made possible by Seattle Theatre Group's 'Nights at the Neptune' and is proud to support the efforts of Gay City Health Project. RSVP is recommended: www.stgpresents.org. This is an ALL AGES event. (Bar with ID.)

THE PERFORMERS
Guy Branum - Guy Branum is a writer and comedian best known for serving as 'Staff Homosexual' on 'Chelsea Lately' and his performance as Natalie Portman's sassy Gay friend in 'No Strings Attached.' He has appeared on E!, MTV, G4, CurrentTV. He's also a writer for the new season of 'Punk'd' on MTV and 'Fashion Police' on E! Guy also writes for the 'Gay Voices' section of The Huffington Post.

Solomon Georgio - You may have previously seen Solomon Georgio as a finalist on NBC's 'Stand Up for Diversity,' a finalist at San Francisco's 'International Comedy Competition,' a semi-finalist at Seattle's 'International Comedy Competition,' or as a regular performer at both Bumbershoot and Portland, Oregon's 'Bridgetown Comedy Festival.' Solomon represents a strong, distinctive voice for both Seattle comics and Queer performers everywhere and is among one of the strongest comics to ever cultivate his act and thrive in the Seattle comedy scene.

Elicia Sanchez - With an ambiguous ethnic appearance, jokes about 'Star Trek' and a name no one can fully pronounce, Elicia Sanchez is a stand-up comedian, comic book reader and mostly an adult. After relocating several miles to Seattle from Olympia in 2007, she has been balancing meager paychecks between comic books and happy hour while performing stand-up since 2010. She produces 'Wine Shots: Comedy's Happiest Hour' and 'The Enematic Cinematic Lives!' at the Rendezvous and 'Good Fun Show' at Scratch Deli. She recently appeared at the Neptune opening for W. Kumau Bell.

Abbey Drake - Abbey Drake has been exploding in comedy clubs and theatres all over the Northwest and she is one of the bright new stars coming out of the thriving Seattle comedy scene. She has a playful and unique stage presence and can be best described as awkwardly funny, honest and hilariously irreverent. Among her highlights have been performing at Bumbershoot and appearing at a Washington United for Marriage benefit, 'Come Out Laughing,' with Dana Goldberg, Ian Harvie and Jason Dudey. And she has shared the stage with Erin Foley, Scott Silverman and 'RuPaul's Drag Race' winner Jinkx Monsoon.

Nick Sahoyah - Nick Sahoyah has been performing standup comedy in Seattle and throughout the Northwest for the last four years. He co-produces and emcees the weekly Scratch Deli comedy night. Nick hosted 'Out & In' last year at The Neptune and hopes to see the show continue to grow. He has previously been seen at Bumbershoot, The Dallas Comedy Festival, and will soon make his first appearance at the 'Bridgetown Comedy Festival' in Portland, Oregon.
