LGBT Center to host GLAAD President Neil Guiliano
LGBT Center to host GLAAD President Neil Guiliano
The Seattle LGBT Community Center and The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation have teamed up to bring GLAAD's new President, Neil Guiliano, to Seattle to inform our LGBTQ communities about the work GLAAD is doing in the Pacific Northwest. The event will take place at Wednesday, November 16, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the Seattle LGBT Community Center

GLAAD is dedicated to promoting and ensuring fair, accurate and inclusive representation of people and events in the media as a means of eliminating homophobia and discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.

The Center is bringing our LGBTQ communities together to share their voices, have a forum for dialogue, a place to connect and collaborate, find information and support, and to be the movement we want to see in social change.

"We invite the community to come visit The Center, to meet Neil, and get to know more about the great work of both organizations," said Shannon Thomas, executive director of the Seattle LGBT Center.
