Devin Ray Young (1965 - 2005)
Devin passed away unexpectedly on Monday, the 14th of November. He is survived by his parents Lyn and Tom Young of Hesperia, CA; brothers Tommy, Todd, Ty and Jamie; along with two nephews, and three nieces. Devin was well liked and will be missed by the community members and all who knew him. Devin is now at peace with himself. There will be no services.
Lionel W. Hansard (1947 - 2005)
Loving friend to so many from Palm Springs, to Washington DC, Kansas City, the San Francisco bay area and Seattle. Lionel passed away at the Maitri hospice in San Francisco, November 15, 2005, from complications of AIDS. Lionel was born in Texas on October 19, 1947 to Mary and Lionel K. Hansard. His mother and three brothers survive him.

He once worked for Group Health in Seattle, Grey Hound Bus Line and owned a mail order video company both in San Francisco. Lionel loved going to the gym, some say he never met a, "tank top shirt," he didn't like.

Many people will remember Lionel for his intense sensitivity and caring for creatures big and small. He could never say no to adopting a kitty. His whole day would be ruined if he should accidentally step on spider on the sidewalk. He truly was a remarkable man.

Lionel's and his late partner, Jon Love's ashes will be scattered together at sea outside the Golden Gate sometime in late spring or early summer of 2006. Those wishing to participate should contact Dennis Oltmanns in Seattle or Jim Kurth in San Francisco. We're gona miss ya sweetie.
